How does family therapy work?

Family dynamics can have a powerful impact on each member’s well-being, shaping how we interact, communicate, and cope with life’s challenges. At EB Psychology, I offer family therapy to support families in navigating complex relationships, addressing conflicts, and building stronger, healthier bonds. Family therapy provides a compassionate and structured space where all voices can be heard, allowing family members to express concerns, understand each other better, and collaboratively work toward positive change.

Using an integrated approach that includes Systemic Therapy and evidence-based interventions, I guide families through issues like communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, life transitions, loss, and relational conflicts. This process encourages families to explore patterns that may be causing stress and to develop constructive ways of relating, fostering an environment of empathy, support, and resilience.

Family therapy is a journey toward understanding and healing, enabling families to overcome difficulties, rediscover strengths, and build a foundation of trust and connection.
